Waldorf salad-inspired juice recipe
The classic Waldorf salad inspired this juice recipe, making it a delicious midday drink. It combines the essence of crisp celery, the refreshing spice of parsley, the sweetness of fresh apples, and the nutty richness of walnuts.
I often look at salads, soups and desserts and wonder how these could be recreated as juice recipes.
Waldorf salad is a delicious and healthy option, and this juice recipe is even better. Packed with nutrients and full of flavor, it's not just a juice, but a celebration of healthy ingredients that come together in perfect synergy.
The taste
Sweet, nutty and herbal with a light creamy texture, so good!

Ingredients
- 6 celery sticks
- 1 handful of parsley
- 2 red apples
- 2 tbsp walnuts
Juicing time: 4 minutes
Amount of juice: 750ml
Portions: 3
Preparation
celery
- Cut the rods into small, thumb-sized pieces across the rods (this shortens the long, fibrous cellulose fibers and prevents them from wrapping around the press).
- You can juice celery leaves, but this adds bitterness, so discard them if you don't like that.
- REVO830: No need to cut into small pieces
-
AUTO10S: Cut long pieces so they fit into the funnel.
Parsley
- Roughly chop the leaves and stems
- Juice by the handful
apples
- Remove the stems and all stickers.
- Juice whole apples, including peel and cores.
- Halve or quarter them if they are too large to fit into the wide opening.
Walnuts
- No preparation required
- Juice the whole thing
Happy juicing!
Cold-press juicing method
Make sure you start this juice recipe with the walnuts.
They must go into the juicer first so that the apples absorb the nutty flavor when they are juiced next.
Add the apples to the juicer one at a time and let them be pressed before adding the next apple.
Next, juice the parsley. Put the entire handful into the juicer.
Juice the celery stalks last.
Tip: For a creamier texture, soak the walnuts overnight before juicing them.
AUTO10S Layering: Walnuts, parsley, apple, celery
