Vanilla macaroons
A sweet dessert from France: macarons! Why not give this sweet treat to your loved one?

- 3 egg whites
- Sugar (30g) (35 macarons)
- Almond powder (150g)
- Icing sugar (150g)
- Food colorings
- Attach the blade to the container and add the meringue, almond flour, powdered sugar, and food coloring. Turn the dial to MIN to mix and combine well with a spatula. Repeat this process 3 times.
- Pour the mixture into a container and mix well. Fill a piping bag and pipe in circular shapes onto a Teflon mat.
- Bake in the oven for about 8-9 minutes at 140°C. Pipe cream cheese with vanilla syrup onto one side of the cookie and cover with another cookie.
