Vanilla macaroons

A sweet dessert from France: macarons! Why not give this sweet treat to your loved one?

  • cream cheese
  • vanilla syrup
  • piping bag
  • Teflon mat
  • Water (75ml)
  • Sugar (100g)
  • 3 egg whites
  • Sugar (30g) (35 macarons)
  • Almond powder (150g)
  • Icing sugar (150g)
  • Food colorings
  1. Attach the blade to the container and add the meringue, almond flour, powdered sugar, and food coloring. Turn the dial to MIN to mix and combine well with a spatula. Repeat this process 3 times.
  2. Pour the mixture into a container and mix well. Fill a piping bag and pipe in circular shapes onto a Teflon mat.
  3. Bake in the oven for about 8-9 minutes at 140°C. Pipe cream cheese with vanilla syrup onto one side of the cookie and cover with another cookie.
