Tzatziki
One of the traditional Greek sauces, tzatziki goes well with various foods such as bread, nachos, crackers, meatballs, and vegetable fritters. It can also be served as an appetizer.
- Greek yogurt (200g)
- Cucumber (100g)
- Garlic (5g)
- Salt (2g)
- Olive oil (30g)
- Other herbs (basil, parsley, etc.)
- Remove the cucumber seeds and chop into small pieces. Crush the garlic.
- Mix the Greek yogurt with the chopped cucumber, crushed garlic, and olive oil. Then season with salt.
- Sprinkle the chopped herbs over the sauce.
