Tzatziki

Tzatziki

One of the traditional Greek sauces, tzatziki goes well with various foods such as bread, nachos, crackers, meatballs, and vegetable fritters. It can also be served as an appetizer.

  • Greek yogurt (200g)
  • Cucumber (100g)
  • Garlic (5g)
  • Salt (2g)
  • Olive oil (30g)
  • Other herbs (basil, parsley, etc.)
  1. Remove the cucumber seeds and chop into small pieces. Crush the garlic.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt with the chopped cucumber, crushed garlic, and olive oil. Then season with salt.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped herbs over the sauce.
