Strawberry, peach, and cashew milk with chef Gary Dowse
Description
This recipe was inspired by the combination of strawberries, peaches, and cream as a dessert. The fruit flavors harmonize really well, and the cashews provide a neutral base for the milk.
The first thing you'll notice is how easy it is to make delicious, healthy, flavored nut milk at home with your cold-press juicer. You don't need any additional accessories; it's made using the standard juice strainer that comes with the juicer.
A healthy alternative to store-bought flavored milk.

Cold-press juicing method
First, make the cashew milk.
Start with the lid closed when making nut milk. Place a handful of cashews into the juicer, followed by 1/4 of the water. Continue alternating between cashews and water until all the water has been added.
Open the lid to release the nut milk before juicing the fruit.
Next, add the strawberries. You can add them all at once.
Juice the peaches last, adding a few pieces at a time and letting the juicer run through each time before adding more.
Tip: Use firm peaches, as they are easier to press through the juicer.
AUTO10S : First make the milk, then place the strawberries at the bottom and the peaches on top.

peaches
Peaches promote digestion and strengthen your immune system. Their nutritional value is beneficial for the chest, heart, and skin. They are easily digestible and consist of more than 80% water, making them excellent for juicing and wonderfully hydrating in summer.
They have strong anti-inflammatory properties and are particularly beneficial for sinus problems, arthritis, high blood pressure and constipation.
They are also very supportive for the body during pregnancy and a wonderful remedy for children.

strawberry
Strawberries are a true superfood. They are packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. They rebuild, repair, and rejuvenate the body.
Nutrition: Packed with vitamin C, they help boost the immune system by warding off colds, flu, and respiratory infections. They are also full of antioxidants such as anthocyanins, ellagic acid, and quercetin, which help protect the body from oxidative stress and inflammation. Strawberries that are allowed to ripen on the plant are even richer in vitamin C. They are also rich in potassium, sodium, and iron.
Cardiovascular system: Strawberries can also help maintain a healthy heart rhythm and strong heart muscle. They contain ellagic acid and flavonoids, which are beneficial for cardiovascular health and can help prevent heart disease and strokes, as well as lower cholesterol levels.
Muscular system: Strawberries are beneficial for the muscular system due to their rich nutrient profile. They are a good source of vitamin C, which plays a crucial role in collagen synthesis. Collagen is a protein that gives structure to muscles, tendons, and ligaments, supporting their strength and integrity. Furthermore, strawberries contain antioxidants such as anthocyanins, which help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress in muscles and promote faster recovery after exercise. The combination of vitamin C and antioxidants in strawberries can help maintain healthy muscles and support overall muscle function, making them a delicious and nutritious choice for muscle health.
Nervous system: Strawberries contain vitamin C, which is important for brain health and the production of neurotransmitters. Vitamin C also acts as an antioxidant, protecting the brain from damage caused by free radicals.
Sensory system: Strawberries are also known to be beneficial for age-related macular degeneration and vision-related problems.

Cashew nuts
Cashew nuts, with their creamy texture and rich taste, are not only a delicious snack, but also offer a variety of health benefits for different body systems.
Nutrition: Cashews are packed with vitamins and minerals, including vitamin E, vitamin K, and magnesium. They are also a good source of healthy fats, protein, and fiber, making them a nutritious addition to your diet.
Cardiovascular system: Cashews are rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, which can help lower bad cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart disease. Furthermore, the magnesium in cashews helps regulate blood pressure and maintain a healthy heart rhythm.
Digestive system: Cashews are a good source of fiber, which promotes digestive health by preventing constipation and supporting a healthy gut microbiome. The fiber in cashews also helps regulate blood sugar levels and may aid in weight management.
Nervous system: Cashew nuts contain several nutrients that are beneficial for the nervous system, including magnesium and vitamin E. These nutrients help support brain health and may reduce the risk of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's.
Muscular system: Cashew nuts are a good source of protein, which is essential for muscle repair and growth. They also contain magnesium, which helps prevent muscle cramps and spasms.
