Strawberry cheese
Strawberry cheese – fruity and popular with children
The sweet taste and aroma of strawberries make this cheese particularly appealing. The pink color of the strawberry juice further stimulates the appetite.
Ingredients:
- Strawberries (100 g)
- Fresh lemon juice (50–60 ml)
- Milk (800 ml)
Preparation:
- Thoroughly clean all components and disinfect them with dish soap.
- Place all ingredients in the bowl, put on the lid and turn the handle clockwise to close it.
- Select the "Cheese" program – the process will be completed after 6 hours .
- Place the cheese filter in the bowl and pour in the soft cheese that has gone through the yogurt process.
- Store in the refrigerator to coagulate, ensuring the lid is closed. (Remove any whey.)
- Add the crushed strawberries to the mature cheese and mix well.
