Soft, tangy sour cream can be used in baking to make softer cookies and cakes. With the addition of chopped, hot Cheongyang chilies, it can be used as a pizza sauce.
- Yogurt (or buttermilk) (250ml)(150ml), cream (500g), lemon juice (30g)
- Put the buttermilk or natural yogurt, the cream and the lemon juice into a bowl and mix well.
