Sesame leaf pickles
Sesame leaves, an alkaline ingredient rich in inorganic minerals such as iron and potassium, are beneficial for activating the body's metabolism and detoxification. Salty sesame leaf pickles, seasoned with soy sauce, will stimulate your appetite all year round.
- Sesame leaf (100g)
- Soy sauce (200ml)
- Garlic (20g)
- Sugar (20ml)
- Anchovy broth (100ml)
- Wash the sesame leaves and remove excess water.
- Slice the garlic.
- Place the prepared ingredients in a container and pour the sugar melted with soy sauce over them.
- Assemble the bowl and lid, turning the handle clockwise to close it. Place the bowl in the yogurt maker.
- Select the 'pickle' function of the Greek yogurt and cheese maker. Sesame leaf pickles will be ready in 72 hours.
- Place the homemade pickles in a clean glass container and store in the refrigerator.
