Fresh arugula pizza – quick and easy
This pizza is very easy to prepare: simply top a well-baked tortilla with arugula and cheese. The aroma of the arugula and the aromatic cheese flavor harmonize perfectly.
Ingredients:
- Tortilla (20 g)
- Arugula (10 g)
- Mozzarella (50 g)
- Basil pesto (15 g)
- Cheese (50 g)
- Tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes) (200 g)
- Balsamic sauce (60 g)
Preparation:
- Lightly fry each side of the tortilla without oil.
- Wash the arugula and drain well. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces.
- Spread basil pesto evenly over the baked tortilla.
- Place the mozzarella on the tortilla and bake in the oven or in a fat-free pan until the cheese has melted.
- After melting the mozzarella, top the tortilla with arugula, cheese and tomatoes.
- Drizzle with a little balsamic sauce, according to taste.
