Fig cheesecake

Cleopatra ate figs every morning. Figs prevent skin aging and stimulate digestion. Enjoy this soft cheesecake with sweet figs.

  • Cheese (45g)
  • Fig (50g)
  • Sponge cake (100g)
  • Cream (200g), honey (5g)
  1. Wash the figs under running water and let them drain.
  2. Peel the skin off the figs and slice them.
  3. Cut the sponge cake into three parts to create three layers, and spread the cheese on the inside of each layer. Stack them back on top of each other.
  4. Spread the cream on the outside.
  5. Top the cake with figs and drizzle with honey.
