Fig cheesecake
Cleopatra ate figs every morning. Figs prevent skin aging and stimulate digestion. Enjoy this soft cheesecake with sweet figs.
- Cheese (45g)
- Fig (50g)
- Sponge cake (100g)
- Cream (200g), honey (5g)
- Wash the figs under running water and let them drain.
- Peel the skin off the figs and slice them.
- Cut the sponge cake into three parts to create three layers, and spread the cheese on the inside of each layer. Stack them back on top of each other.
- Spread the cream on the outside.
- Top the cake with figs and drizzle with honey.
