Earl Grey Chiffon Cake

  • Vegetable oil (300g) (rapeseed oil and grapeseed oil)
  • Sugar (30g)
  • 3 eggs
  • Whipped cream (300ml)
  • Milk (20g)
  • 2 Earl Grey tea bags
  • Wheat flour (80g)
  • Baking powder (10g)
  1. Attach the blade to the container and add rapeseed oil, sugar, and 3 egg yolks. Turn the dial to MIN to mix.
  2. Place the mixture and whipped cream in a container and add milk to mix.
  3. Add sifted wheat flour and baking powder to the mixture and add the tea brewed from the Earl Grey tea bag.
  4. Add the meringue to the mixture 3 times, carefully mixing from the bottom up.
  5. Pour the batter into a chiffon baking pan (round container) and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes.
