Earl Grey Chiffon Cake

- Vegetable oil (300g) (rapeseed oil and grapeseed oil)
- Sugar (30g)
- 3 eggs
- Whipped cream (300ml)
- Milk (20g)
- 2 Earl Grey tea bags
- Wheat flour (80g)
- Baking powder (10g)
- Attach the blade to the container and add rapeseed oil, sugar, and 3 egg yolks. Turn the dial to MIN to mix.
- Place the mixture and whipped cream in a container and add milk to mix.
- Add sifted wheat flour and baking powder to the mixture and add the tea brewed from the Earl Grey tea bag.
- Add the meringue to the mixture 3 times, carefully mixing from the bottom up.
- Pour the batter into a chiffon baking pan (round container) and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes.
