Cracker canapé
A canapé, a finger food, is an appetizer served with fine wines. If toast or a sliced baguette is used instead of a cracker, it can become a cheese bruschetta.
- Crackers (5 pieces)
- Cheese (100g)
- Chicory (20g)
- Young leaves (20g)
- Cranberries (or raisins) (5g)
- Flaky almonds (5g)
- Spread some cheese on the crackers.
- Wash the chicory and young leaves and drain off the water. Pluck the leaves and place one on top of each piece of cheese.
- Top the cheese with cranberries or raisins and flaked almonds to finish your canapé.
