A canapé, a finger food, is an appetizer served with fine wines. If toast or a sliced ​​baguette is used instead of a cracker, it can become a cheese bruschetta.

  • Crackers (5 pieces)
  • Cheese (100g)
  • Chicory (20g)
  • Young leaves (20g)
  • Cranberries (or raisins) (5g)
  • Flaky almonds (5g)
  1. Spread some cheese on the crackers.
  2. Wash the chicory and young leaves and drain off the water. Pluck the leaves and place one on top of each piece of cheese.
  3. Top the cheese with cranberries or raisins and flaked almonds to finish your canapé.
