chocolate pizza
Are you still only topping your pizza with vegetables and beef? Make your own pizza with a sweet topping.
- 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- Couverture chocolate (50g)
- 5 strawberries
- 2 bananas
- Mozzarella cheese (100g)
- Marshmallows (50g)
- -Dough- Water (140ml)
- Wheat flour type 550 (250g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt (2g)
- Sugar (3g)
- Dry yeast (3g)
- Prepare the ingredients in suitable sizes.
- Attach the blade to the container and add the dough ingredients. Turn the dial to menu 2 and press DOUGH.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise at room temperature for one hour.
- Divide the dough into balls and cover again with a damp cloth. Let it rest at room temperature for about 15 minutes, then roll out the dough.
- Spread some chocolate syrup on the dough and top with some couverture chocolate.
- Top with sliced strawberries, bananas, marshmallows and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes at 210°C.
- Top with some strawberries and bananas, according to your preference.
