Cabbage pickles

Cabbage pickles

Cabbage pickles, which are crisp, tangy, and sweet, are ideal when you have a poor appetite in summer. Cabbage strengthens the stomach lining and improves blood circulation. Furthermore, it is rich in fiber and water, which effectively helps with constipation. If you add a few celery leaves to the cabbage pickles, you'll enjoy their delicate aroma.
