Butter meringue cookies
How about an aromatic, crispy biscuit with a glass of milk? Butter biscuits that kids love! Pack them in a pretty bag to give to your friends as a gift.
- Butter (100g), brown sugar (110g) (For dough 80g/for meringue 30g)
- 2 egg yolks, 2 egg whites
- 200g wheat flour, milk (20g)
- Sift the wheat flour finely and cut the butter into pieces.
- Attach the blade to the container and add flour, butter, brown sugar, eggs, meringue, and milk. Turn the dial to menu 2 and press DOUGH.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5mm and cut out shapes using a cookie cutter. Bake in an oven at 170°C for 12-14 minutes. Place the baked cookies on a plate.
