Kuvings is expanding its use of AI technology and accelerating innovation in customer marketing.

The premium kitchen appliance brand Kuvings actively uses artificial intelligence (AI) for its customer marketing.

As AI technology has recently gained worldwide attention, Kuvings is expanding its use of AI to increase the productivity and efficiency of its employees and to offer its customers a unique experience.

Kuvings utilizes AI tools across various areas, including marketing, design, and video production. The company leverages AI to develop marketing strategies and measure performance, as well as to create bespoke images and videos using generative AI tools to continuously produce global content. Kuvings' Midjourney AI image generation platform is particularly useful for generating unique results from simple text input, enabling the creation of new, differentiated content for clients.

Furthermore, AI technology is used for real-time translations and the creation of advertising copy for product detail pages and newsletter marketing. AI chatbots are also used on the company's global dealer websites to provide quick and accurate answers to frequently asked customer questions.

Kuvings also conducts ongoing internal training to integrate AI into other areas of operation. A Kuvings representative explained: “Using generative AI technology in marketing allows us to quickly create content that adapts to rapidly changing trends and effectively engages customers.” He added: “We will continue to leverage AI technology to drive various customer marketing activities and strengthen our competitiveness in the global market.”

At the “GTC 2024” event, hosted in March 2024 by Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA, a humanoid robot was unveiled that uses Kuvings’ C7000 product for juicing.
